Non-Driven Modular Linear Actuators

Non-Driven Modular Linear Actuators are specifically designed to be used in parallel with a variety of the driven modular actuators. All non-driven modular actuators are designed to provide support for a given load without causing tension or binding with another driven actuator.

Non-Driven Modular Linear Actuators should not be used if the parallel placement is greater than 500mm.

External Roller Bearing Guided

The carriage is guided along external linear guide rods and ball bearings. This provides a low friction smooth linear movement.

  • ELR: Used in conjunction with the ELT/ELK
  • ELRZ: Used in conjunction with the ELZ and MLZ

Internal Roller Bearing Guided

The carriage is driven along internal linear guide rods and ball bearings that can be adjusted to remove lash.

  • QLR: Used in conjunction with the QLT/QLK
  • DLR: Used in conjunction with the DLT/DLK

Internal Profile Rail Guided

The carriage moves along linearly guided by an internal profile rail for high rigidly.

  • QSR: Used in conjunction with the QSZ
  • QSSR: Used in conjunction with the QST/QSK
  • DSR: Used in conjunction with the DST/DSK
