Job Title:                 Mechanical Assembler

Job Summary:

 

The Mechanical Assembler is responsible for manually assembling products according to specifications. 

 

Essential Functions:

 

  • Build assemblies to print specifications to meet required due dates adhering to all ISO 9001 and AS9100 regulations and guidelines.
  • Receive and document receipt of component parts per B.O.M. 
  • Maintain clean and safe work environment.

 

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education:     High school diploma or GED

Experience:   One to six months experience or related training.

Specific Skills:  Interpret and understand verbal and written directions.  Ability to interact in a collaborative team environment to complete a variety of tasks.

Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc.:   Read and interpret blueprints.

Mechanically inclined with good math skills.  Use basic measuring devices, including tape measure, micrometers and calipers.  Operate power shop equipment.  Previous experience in mechanical assembly is a plus. Manual dexterity assembling small parts.

 

 

Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident for consideration per ITAR regulations.
