When Nook linear motion cross roller rail are used in sink screw hole assemblies, it is recommended to use reserved lock screw.






OPERATION FEATURES

MisalignmentOperating Cross Roller/Ball Rails and Assemblies with improper alignment of assembly will reduce life and accuracy.

Retainer Deviation Nook linear motion cross roller rail, in high speed, off-center load, or vibration load may cause retainer deviation.

End Stops Ends of linear motion rail can be provided with end screws. This feature is intended to prevent retainer falling off during handling. It is not intended for use as a stopping mechanism.

Overload Overloading a Cross Roller/Ball Rail, or applying an unusual collision or hard stop will cause permanent indentation in V-groove and rollers/ ball bearings. This will cause non-smooth motion and effect accuracy.

Matched Sets Cross roller rail accuracy is made by matching sets as unit to precisely control its error range. Different sets of cross roller/ball rails mixed in use may result in accuracy variation.
